Coaching has many walkways. Coaches guide Christians and others in their spiritual growth. Coaches walk with people through life transitions and other changes. Coaches are skill builders and can stimulate performance and improvement. Coaches are team builders. We can inspire vision and enable people to set and reach goals, facilitate communication and better relationships. Coaches improve leadership and speak the truth in love.

In summary, Coaches guide people from where they are now to where they want to be in the future. Christian Life Coaching is the practice of  guiding  people or groups from where they are now to where God wants them to be. 

NO. Coaching expects that each person in the relationship is guided by his or her values and beliefs. As your coach and as a Christian who personally lives according to that commitment with integrity. We agree to respect any different values and beliefs and do not seek to impose our own values on each other. My pledge to you as your coach is I will not proselytize (attempt to convert), judge, or refuse coaching services if we do not share similar values and beliefs, but will coach within your values and beliefs and honest explorations of yourself.

Coaching is a relationship that is client centered and goal oriented. Coaching can involve brainstorming, values clarification, the completion of written assignments, education, goal-setting, identifying plans of action, accountability, making requests, agreements to change behavior, examining lifestyles, and questioning.

Christian life coaching aligns with God's word for achieving effectiveness in ministry, business, family, and relationships. We are as Christians encouraged throughout the scriptures, to get help from mature or more knowledgeable believers. In the old and new testament God uses one person to train another. For example, Jesus trained his disciples and Paul trained Timothy. Paul gives us a  life coaching principle in         1 Thessalonians 5:11  “Encourage one another and build each other up.”

Some people meet with a life coach once or twice, while others form an ongoing professional relationship, meeting regularly in person or virtually. Chaplain Kimmie offers per-session pricing at $125/hour and discounted package pricing is also available.
